The time has come to give you a recipe for homemade face scrub with almond oil and chamomile!
In almost all my Face Yoga lessons I repeat that facial cleansing is very important for the beauty and health of our skin. You know why? Because, our skin is renewed every 28 days, keeping the dead cells to on the surface of the skin. This leads in hindering the skin to breathe properly and, of course, there is no penetration of the care products.
The solution is simple but it must be systematic. Cleansing again and again!!
Since, one of the basic stages of cleansing is scrubbing, I will give you a simple recipe I use for years and I love it.
It contains only 5 components: almond oil, sugar, vitamin E, chamomile and ylang ylang essential oil.
I remind you that almond oil is rich in vitamins E, A, and B! Also, this miraculous oil seals moisture to the skin. Your skin will be smoother, softer and it will have a warm glow.
Vitamin E enhances the production of collagen to reduce lines and wrinkles, while helping the functioning of the natural dam that protects the skin.
Chamomile contains flavonoids (unbiorini, luteuine etc.) with antioxidant properties against free radical formation, which contribute to the aging process. Phytosterols are plant softening ingredients with direct anti-wrinkle and moisturizing action.
Ideal for frequent use and sensitive skins. Use the scrub all over the face (and body if you want 😉), then rinse softly and tamper leaving the oil to act all night!
Homemade face scrub recipe with almond oil and chamomile
3 K.M. Brown sugar
5-8 K.M. almond oil (depending on how oily you want it)
2 m. dried chamomile
5 Drops of Vitamin E
5-7 Drops of Ylang Ylang Essential Oil
